Online via PayPal (for those purchasing course materials and optional special membership rate) You can use your PayPal account or a credit card. If you do not have a PayPal account, select a registration PayPal 'Add to Cart' option and then select 'Check Out' or 'PayPal Check Out.'

Online registration only (no course materials)

Registration form sent via U.S. Postal Service (for those purchasing or not purchasing course materials). There are two ways to complete the PDF: 1) print the PDF from the browser, write the information in BLOCK letters in the spaces provided, and mail the form; or 2) download and save the PDF form to your laptop / tablet / PC, open the saved PDF with Adobe Reader, type in the spaces provided, and then print and mail the form.
