Topic: Great Genealogy Shootout
Join us for a fun morning thinking outside the box about how to apply your genealogy skills and incorporate photography.
- You’ll receive a list of 6 to 8 general topics and then have 2 hours to travel around Cobb County to photograph genealogy-related items falling into these categories. We’ll get together afterwards for lunch to discuss our pictures.
- For those outside the Cobb County area, you can also participate in the shootout. Just email ccgsphoto@cobbgagensoc.org by 5 pm on Friday, September 26, to receive the list of topics. You’re invited to take genealogy-related photos in your area on Saturday between 10:00 am and 12:30 pm in your local time zone.
Location: Meet at the First Presbyterian Church, 189 Church Street, Marietta, GA 30060 (West Parking Lot) if you are in the Cobb County area.
